They spe­cialise in tra­di­tion­al South­ern Indi­an cui­sine, espe­cial­ly the epony­mous ‘Dosa’ (a rice and lentil pan­cake with a vari­ety of fill­ings). The food is out­stand­ing and well worth hunt­ing out. The dosas are excep­tion­al and a treat wor­thy of a vis­it by them­selves.
