Probably the best bang-for-the-buck in Tashkent. Well-equipped and nicely outfitted. Ownership includes an American partner. Services: Restaurant, Business center, Bar, Laundry and ironing, Parking, Conference hall, Sauna with Jacuzzi. Internet is non-existent in rooms, and marginally so in their lobby (email, etc., but no Skype). Also in Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva.
