A cov­ered mul­ti­level mar­ket­place. Because its form, col­lo­qui­al­ly known as ‘Kofa­ha­jA’ (Ship for retail­ers with­out shop), Built in 2000–2002, in post­mod­ern style. Before 1890 here was a ceme­tery. Lat­er was a lum­ber­yard, there­after since tge ear­ly 1900s an open air mar­ket. There are now four above-ground and one under­ground lev­el. The build­ing frame and the glass roof reminds mar­ket hall from around 1900. This look like a ship because on east­ern side (Park side) lined cir­cu­lar floor win­dows (cuis­er cab­in win­dow) and the oblique flag rod (fore­mast) at the main entrance of the hall. A myr­i­ad of col­ors sur­round­ed the vis­i­tors — main­ly red, yel­low and blue (which are the col­ors of the flag of the cap­i­tal), and a lot of the green paint­ing (all street fur­ni­ture and pavil­ion).
