Built accord­ing to the design of the archi­tect Jean Bap­tiste Vallin-Delam­ot. An object of cul­tur­al her­itage of the peo­ples of the Russ­ian Fed­er­a­tion of fed­er­al sig­nif­i­cance, like a build­ing in the his­tor­i­cal cen­ter of St. Peters­burg, is under the pro­tec­tion of UNESCO.
