An ancient sanc­tu­ary locat­ed in the cen­ter of Seoul. Zen Bud­dhists come to the tem­ple. In the 14th cen­tu­ry, an ancient tem­ple stood on the site of the build­ing, which was destroyed dur­ing the Japan­ese War. In the cen­ter of the tem­ple is Dae­ung­jeon, which has col­or­ful pat­terns. Inside there is a stat­ue of Bud­dha.

On the ter­ri­to­ry there are two cen­­turies-old trees (Japan­ese pago­da tree and white pine) and a mul­ti-tiered stone pago­da, where the holy remains of monks are kept. Tourists can vis­it the Bud­dhist acces­sories store and buy gongs, prayer beads, lit­er­a­ture and oth­er sou­venirs.
