Pret­ty Woman, the icon­ic 1990 rom-com star­ring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere, is set in Los Ange­les. Gere plays Edward Lewis, a suc­cess­ful busi­ness­man who hires a beau­ti­ful pros­ti­tute, Vivian Ward, to be his escort at sev­er­al high-fly­­ing events. She stays with him at the impos­si­bly glam­orous hotel, Bev­er­ly Wilshire, where she enjoys a lux­u­ri­ous week of scent­ed bub­ble baths, cham­pagne and, even­tu­al­ly, true love.
