Its con­struc­tion began by order of the Pres­i­dent in 99. It is made of white mar­ble. At its top, chic blue domes flaunt. Now this build­ing is used for var­i­ous gov­ern­ment pur­pos­es. Here they hold impor­tant nego­ti­a­tions, con­fer­ences and gath­er the heads of oth­er pow­ers.
