One of the most recog­nis­able and beau­ti­ful sub­way sta­tions in Naples is Tole­do. Open to pas­sen­gers from Novem­ber 2012, it was named the most beau­ti­ful sta­tion in Europe by the Dai­ly Tele­graph. The Span­ish archi­tec­ture firm behind the design took their inspi­ra­tion from ‘water and light’.
