In 1947, not far from the New Athos Monastery, a dacha was built for I.V. Stalin. The two-storey modest house is decorated with valuable species of trees, the walls are braided with wild grapes. The cottage is surrounded by a lush park of cypresses, olive trees, eucalyptus trees. Alleys are continued in the green zone, benches for rest are installed, flower beds with roses are laid out.
