If you’re on Route 66, you need to stop here: this row of Cadil­lacs was buried in the ground in Amar­il­lo, Texas in 1974, and has become a curi­ous attrac­tion for many. Its cre­ators, the Ant Farm Art Group, want­ed this mon­u­ment to sym­bol­ise the dreams and hopes of the Amer­i­can peo­ple.
