Commissioned in 1985 at 1 Apakov St., the depot features an 8-track steel shed, a 100-tram bay, maintenance and overhaul workshops, paint-drying facilities and an office block. It serves routes 14, 45 and 57, dispatching up to 120 tramsets per day.
