Description:
One of the largest in Europe with 3 million burials. Opened in mid 1886. Famous tombs. The northern section adjacent to the Kozma Street Cemetery, the largest Jewish cemetery in Hungary and which include some protected monuments. Its main building, which was constructed in 1903, has a 26-meter-high bell tower. It has rich vegetation and wide avenues.
