Карстовая пещера с залами, сталактитами и подземными реками.
Description:
The most popular cave in the Krasnodar region is hidden in a beech-fir forest, at an altitude of about 1,520 meters above sea level. It was discovered in 1910, and at the end of the 20th century it was equipped for tourists. The underground corridors are on three tiers and extend for 635 m. The excursion route consists of several halls, as well as a gallery of the lower tier, along which a small stream Lozovushka flows. The part of the cave accessible for inspection is equipped with stairs, walking paths and lighting. Silhouettes of animals and fantastic creatures can be discerned in the frozen lace of stalactites and stalagmites. A large stalactite, which is called the “Sword of Damocles”, leaves a great impression.
In the northwestern Caucasus, this is the largest of the equipped caves: 220 meters of illuminated paths and stairs leading through several large halls. The most interesting thing here is the thousands of stalactites, stalagmites and stalagnate columns of different colors and sizes, often taking unusual shapes. The cave has a constant temperature of +5 degrees, so outerwear (you can rent a coat) will not be superfluous.
