Description:
Built in 2011, the 54-story building is 188.3 m high, the highest in the Urals, Siberia and all of Central Asia. It is the northernmost skyscraper in the world. The building has virtually no load-bearing walls, the entire structure rests on columns. The skyscraper houses offices and a museum of Vladimir Vysotsky (his hotel room has been recreated and his personal Mercedes is on display), and an observation deck is open on the 52nd floor.
