Роскошный дворец в стиле необарокко построен для владелицы гипсовой фабрики. Хотя при советской власти в вилле был разсещен физкультурный диспансер (что обычно не спосбствует сохранению памчтников архитектуры), сохранились и барельефы, и лепнина, и ажурные ворота.
