Description:
A high-rise district in the center of the capital, consisting of 20 towers of varying heights — from 27 to 95 floors. It is located on Presnenskaya Embankment and occupies an area of 60 hectares.
Construction of “City” began in 1996 with the “Tower 2000” 104 meters high and the “Bagration” bridge. At the end of 2024, the second stage of the “Empire” complex will be built, two Moscow Towers will be completed and the 415-meter One Tower will be built, which will become the tallest building in Moscow.
The “City” houses offices of large companies and banks. In the center, you can buy or rent apartments in towers with residential floors, go up to observation decks, go to an exhibition or go shopping.
