Com­mis­sioned in 1985 at 1 Apakov St., the depot fea­tures an 8‑track steel shed, a 100-tram bay, main­te­nance and over­haul work­shops, paint-dry­ing facil­i­ties and an office block. It serves routes 14, 45 and 57, dis­patch­ing up to 120 tram­sets per day.
