The ethnographic complex was created by the local museum. It presents Russian and Komi-Yazva huts transported from the outskirts of Krasnovishersk. If everything is clear with Russian, then Komi-Yazva is apparently unique. The Komi-Yazvintsy are a small people who have lived on Vishera since ancient times. There are only a couple of thousand of them left, but the state does not recognize them as a separate nationality, so the Krasnovishersk Museum is the only place where they even know about such a nationality. In addition to the huts, they show a recreated Russian boat here as a symbol of the fact that Vishera was the first route to Siberia (from Vishera there was a portage to the Tavda basin and from there to the Irtysh: this route was used until the end of the 16th century).
