Historical monument of the time of Queen Tamara. In the history of Abkhazia, it was of great strategic importance – important routes passed through it. The impressive construction has a length of 13 m and a completely extraordinary appearance. A new bridge was built next to it, which is used for transportation purposes. The Belest bridge has a historical and tourist purpose.
