Clifton one of the most affluent neighbourhoods in Cape Town, its beaches are a treat to eyes. White sand, clean waters and a landscaped view of the table mountain add to the allure of the place. Rated as one of the top topless tanning beaches in the world by Forbes, Clifton has five beaches named by their number. Different beaches are frequented by different crowds including tourists, students, surfers and the third beach is a popular venue for gay culture.
