Description:
On July 23, 1880, Emperor Alexander II personally visited this battery and gave it a new name, Fort “Count Milyutin”, in honor of the last Field Marshal-Minister of War of the Russian Empire and the author of the military reform, D. A. Milyutin.
23 июля 1880 г. Император Александр II лично посетил данную батарею и дал её новое название Форт “Граф Милютин” в честь последнего генерал-фельдмаршала-военного министра Российской империи и автора военной реформы Д. А. Милютина.
