Historic fish restaurant and cocktail bar in the old part of Havana. The establishment is famous for its daiquiris and for being one of Ernest Hemingway’s favorite hangouts in Havana. The bar now boasts a life-size bronze statue of Ernest Hemingway in his favorite spot at the end of the bar. A small plaque hanging at El Floridita bears a quote signed by Hemingway: “My mojito at the Bodeguita del Medio and my daiquiri at the Floridita.”
