Description:
Historical City Park. One of the largest public parks in Istanbul. The park covers an area of 117 acres, is located on a hill and is surrounded by high walls. It is home to more than 120 different species of plants. The park has two ornamental ponds. Numerous jogging paths and picnic tables make it a popular recreation area for locals, especially on weekends and holidays. The park hosts the annual International Tulip Festival in April.
