This spec­tac­u­lar small vil­lage set in the moun­tains and skirt­ed by the riv­er Sûre and wide­ly regard­ed as one of the most out­stand­ing sites in the coun­try. The vil­lage is dom­i­nat­ed by its ruined manor house, built in AD 927 and by the cliffs look­ing down to the riv­er. The man­sion is open year-round with free admis­sion.
