Description:
Shoelast production site that has been operative since the 1910s. Designed in 1911 by Walter Gropius who would later become a founder of the Bauhaus school and leading representative of modern architecture. The Fagus Factory is one of the first works of modernism in the world and has been inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2011.
