This attractive Chinese Gate marks the entrance to an older, southern section of Chinatown, that extends east to Jasper Avenue. This section of Chinatown has a few Chinese institutional buildings with Chinese ornamentation, but hardly any eateries. The area may be disrupted by the construction of a light rail line to open in 2020.
