The cen­ter was built a lit­tle over ten years ago, and in 2014 it received a pres­ti­gious award for its design, rec­og­nized by many archi­tects and inde­pen­dent experts as the best in the world. Inside there are mod­ern exhi­bi­tion halls, office space, cater­ing estab­lish­ments and con­fer­ence rooms for meet­ings with cul­tur­al fig­ures, sci­en­tists, politi­cians, etc.
