Description:
A large freshwater lake. It is the second largest on the Taimyr Peninsula (the first is Lake Taimyr). The main type of feeding is snow and rain. The following rivers flow into the lake: the Dmitry River, the Nelda River (via Lake Arylakh), the Dzhielakh-Yuryakh (Yom), and a channel from Lake Orto-Kyuel.
Крупное пресное озеро. Является вторым по площади на полуострове Таймыр (первое — озеро Таймыр). Основной тип питания: снего-дождевой. В озеро впадают: река Дмитрия, Нелда (через озеро Арылах), Джиелах-Юрях (Ём), протока из озера Орто-Кюель.
