The sta­di­um that housed the first mod­ern day Olympic Games of 1896. Ear­li­er ver­sions of the sta­di­um date as far back as 330 BCE. It’s an enor­mous, white, mar­ble sta­di­um, with a horse­shoe con­fig­u­ra­tion.
