The height of the fortress walls of the Round Castle is 7 meters, so it is impossible to penetrate here without a siege ladder. At the central gate and on the sides the fortifications are supported by blind towers. They are called “deaf” due to the absence of windows and loopholes, and the only holes in them are made for sanitary purposes. To put it simply, these holes were used for small and large human needs. The central structure of the Round Castle is a tower, which is several times higher than the surrounding walls. The building is equipped with loopholes, and the communication between the floors is arranged in such a way that even if the enemy breaks through the defense, it will not be so easy for the enemy to defeat those who are perched above. The architectural monument has been preserved in very good condition.
