Recent­ly opened for the Shang­hai sum­mit, the new park on Ruda­ki Avenue has a huge stat­ue of Ruda­ki, a new gov­ern­ment palace, and enough foun­tains to drain the whole of Dushanbe. Go at night to see the lights.
