Description:
At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, a man named Seyadi, who lived in Muharraq, which was the capital of Bahrain at that time, wanted to build a small mosque in an authentic style with a minaret, small windows and carved gates at his own expense. The building he erected has been attracting people’s attention for over a century with its unique architectural style, its cubic forms combined with truly oriental refined lines. The light color scheme makes this building a real decoration of Muharraq. Local residents revere Seyadi’s house as a shrine and come here to pray.
