Theodore Roosevelt National Park is an American badlands national park in western North Dakota, consisting of three geographically separated areas. In honor of US President Theodore Roosevelt, this is the only American national park named directly after one person. The park occupies 70,446 acres (110.072 sq mi; 28,508 ha; 285.08 km²) of land, divided into three sections: North End, South End, and Elkhorn Ranch. The Little Missouri River flows through all three parts of the park.
