Lake Waterton is located in the south of the Canadian province of Alberta, as well as in the north of the American state of Montana. The total area of ​​the reservoir is just over 11 square kilometers. The depth of the lake reaches 150 meters, making it the deepest lake in the Rocky Mountains.
