Description:
A small limestone hill that is famous for its natural eternal fire. The local fire spring is about 10 meters wide and continues to burn since time immemorial. One of the first mentions of the Yanardag fire is found in the notes of the Venetian traveler Marco Polo, who lived more than seven centuries ago.
