Подземный ход длиной 220 м довольно просторен и удобен для осмотра, если только вам удастся протиснуться в него через узкое входное отверстие. Предполагают, что пещера образована потоком воды, шедшим из реки Вёлс в Вишеру. Местные жители издавна используют пещеру как холодильник.
