Изготовлен в 1953 г. на Коломенском паровозостроительном заводе им. Куйбышева. Легендарный паровоз черного цвета с яркими красными акцентами установили у стен железнодорожного вокзала в 2002 году к 140-летнему юбилею ГЖД и к 55-летию Муромского отделения.
