Small fam­i­­ly-run cook­ing school near the post office on the main road at Kaliasem. Class­es include a trip to see the grow­ing of med­i­c­i­nal herbs and a spice gar­den. In 2–3 hours, stu­dents learn five Bali­nese recipes.
