The only brewery in the area Grabfeld. Brewed is Pils, yeast wheat, Lager, Bock and special beers like the dark “Franconian copper beer”. Brewery tours by arrangement. There is Franconian cuisine in the inn.

Our family brewery has been in the fifth generation since 1844 and is currently run by Dipl.-Ing. Werner Lang. The brewery is located in Waltershausen in the beautiful Grabfeld district. We are a small but fine private brewery where artisanal brewing is still very important. Our beer is distributed through Central Getränke in Wülfershausen, which is also owned by our family. This ensures short distribution routes so that our beer reaches our customers fresh in no time. The Bräustüble in Waltershausen, which is only a few hundred meters away from the brewery, is also closely linked to the brewery.
