You are not going to miss this small cof­fee place when explor­ing the Tatar dis­trict of Kazan. More­over, it is per­haps the only place to have cof­fee in this part of the city. The inte­ri­oir may look odd, because it is essen­tial­ly medieval, but cof­fee is pre­pared in the most gen­uine east­ern tra­di­tion, includ­ing Turk­ish-style cof­fee cooked by the own­er her­self.
