Built 1963–1967 to enhance TV and radio broadcasting under engineer N. N. Nikitin’s design. It features two observation decks, a revolving restaurant and high-speed elevators. After 2008–2010 upgrades, it meets modern safety standards and welcomes visitors year-round.
