The founder of “Lagidze Waters” – world­wide known not only in Geor­gia and love­able non-alco­holic bev­er­ages – pub­lic fig­ure Mitro­phane Lagidze was born in 1896 in the vil­lage Chole­vi of Kutaisi province in the fam­i­ly of a noble­man Erma­lo Lagidze and Gulchi­na Ugrex­elidze. The dis­tinc­tive and unfor­get­table taste of “Lagidze Waters” was being cre­at­ed in details with the respect of all the norms of a recipe. The fruits were select­ed accord­ing to the dif­fer­ent regions of Geor­gia. Mitro­phane was mon­i­tor­ing and con­trol­ling the whole process.
