The founder of “Lagidze Waters” – worldwide known not only in Georgia and loveable non-alcoholic beverages – public figure Mitrophane Lagidze was born in 1896 in the village Cholevi of Kutaisi province in the family of a nobleman Ermalo Lagidze and Gulchina Ugrexelidze. The distinctive and unforgettable taste of “Lagidze Waters” was being created in details with the respect of all the norms of a recipe. The fruits were selected according to the different regions of Georgia. Mitrophane was monitoring and controlling the whole process.
