The tomb in which Yusif ibn Quseir rests has noticeable similarities with the Momine Khatun mausoleum, since both buildings were built around the same time and by the same architect. This mausoleum is also an octagonal tower topped with a pyramidal tent. The facades of the tomb are covered with carved patterned designs, surprisingly well preserved after so many centuries. Inside, the tomb is divided into two rooms: the upper chamber and, in fact, the crypt itself.
