The late 19th-century market was closed in 2000, and in 2014 the publisher »Time Out Portugal» transformed the space into a gourmet food court with 40 kiosks, including restaurants, bars, and shops. A number of Lisbon’s top chefs have stands here, making this an ideal place to sample some of their food for lower prices than at their established restaurants.
